3/13 – "Trusting Weight Watchers"

Today was scary!  I was totally out of my element and didn’t prepare very well.  There was tons of FOOD AROUND ME ALL DAY!!!!!  Before we took this trip, I had tons of fresh fruit and a plan for the 6 hour drive…  I wasn’t prepared at all for the ride home.  It was definitely a high point day, but still stayed within my weekly allowance, so hoping there isn’t too much damage…
On the way home, Torry asked me if I was in “regret mode?”
I told him I was trying not to feel like I should be in regret mode… as long as we stay within our allotted points, it’s supposed to be “okay!”…..  but it still feels weird!
I looked up everything on WW food search, so these are estimated from their info.
0 pts
4 pts
0 pts
7 pts – gumbo with no bread this time
20 points???  2 pieces of left over wedding cake
7 pts
2 pts – half bag left over from Torry
5 kisses = 3 pts (this suprised me, i thought they were 1 pt each, but app said otherwise?)
7 pts – (it’s actually 6 pts, but also had a bite of ty’s 3 muskateer bar- haha)
for a grand total of 50 pts for the day!
(leaving me with 25 weekly points left over….)
(I think it deducted from my activity points earned also?)
SCARY!  :)
PS- I feel like I just had confessional!
Good Night!!!

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
