I’m going to try and remember everything, but I’m oh so tired…

twisting lunges holding a 4lb med ball straight in front 10 each side
incline T push-ups (on a workout bench) 1 min
step-ups on box that was almost as high as my knees 1 min each side
star side hip rises (on your side on elbow, legs bent, as you push your hip off the ground arm goes up, top leg goes straight out) 20 each side
ice skaters 1 min
supermans bringing arms back 1 min
jack knife 1 min

start again…
