Keller and I did this in our garage in 90 degree weather plus humidity, so extra calories burned for feeling like we were in a sauna!

1 minute each exercise- 2 rounds:
squat holding 25lb DB
push-up
bent over row 25lb DB
overhead press-using band
step-up holding 25lb DB then switching to 10lb
lying flat chest fly 10lb DB
bent over rear delt fly 10lb DB
twisting curl 10lb
dips
sit-up
hammer curl 10lb
lying leg raise
calf raise holding 25lb DB then switching to 10lb
quad superman
lower body twist
