mountain climbers (45sec)
hammer curls 20lb 6reps
barbell curls 30lb 12reps
supination curls 10lb 25reps
lateral pull-downs 6reps (not sure weight)
double KB rows 12reps (heavy)
high pull seated row 10reps
seated row15reps
ABS
10lb med ball situp place ball on bent legs, put legs out, put legs in
10lb med ball lying down, throwing up to David
” on a exercise ball throwing to each side
REPEAT
