15 weighted DEEP squats (not sure how much weight, only that he keep having to take weight off, cause I seriously could not get the bar off the rack)
50 box jumps (30 jumping up on box and coming down into a deep squat, 20 just jumping on and off)
50 elbow to knee crossovers (lying down for abs, like bicycle)
50 hands sliding over knees (works lower abs)
85 calf raises (25 on machine, then to bosu ball 15 regular, 15 toes in, 15 toes out, 15 regular)
