6 hammer curls w/20lb
15 barbell curls (can’t remember weight)
25 rope curls (can’t remember weight either)

12 weighted squats
15 split squats holding KB
25 seated leg curls

12 reverse pull-ups (starting out holding yourself up and slowing lowering down)

repeat all 3 times

15 flutter kicks
15 V-ups
15 jack knives
15 hands over knees
15 reverse crunch
