5/20 CWOD

All exercises 1 minute (not in this order)

jumping jacks
split squats
Bosu ball squats holding weight bar
side kicks
flying supermans
tricep dips
mtn climbers
sit and reach (hands over knees)
front jumping jacks
elbow to knee, knee high skips
reverse deep lunges off small box
more push-ups

(pretty sure that was it) took about 45 minutes
