6 Wk Boot Camp Results

I have LOVED the 6 week Boot Camp class that I just finished up!!!
I can tell that I am stronger and more fit than I have been in a long time. 
I think I surprised myself at how far I have come. 
I don’t have much confidence in my workout abilities but I am slowly seeing on myself that when you push your body, it will adapt and change when coupled with eating good and clean. I love the accountability of the class and not having to think or come up with a workout. 
I am pretty bummed that it has ended and wish it wasn’t so expensive or I would sign up to start another 6 weeks on Monday. 
(I had a groupon for the class I just did and it was an awesome deal!)  
I will get a month of specialty classes next so I will still get to go there for a little longer. 
I had my after measurements done and its amazing to see the results on paper that you don’t notice on yourself as easy just after 6 weeks. 
May 10-June 18
Here are my results:
Bicep: -1″
Chest: same
Waist: -1.25″
Low Abdomen: -1.5″
Hips: -1″
Thigh: -.75″
Total inches lost:  5.5
Bodyfat lost:  4%
Weight loss:  6 lbs
Sweet!!

36 year old military wife of 18 years and stay at home mom to 4 incredible kids (3 girls ages 17, 11, 11 and our son is 6). I love the after effects of exercising :) I love challenging myself to fitness goals to change things up and in doing so I have run numerous 5K/10K's, several half marathons, one full 26.2 marathon, and a Tough Mudder. I love circuit training, weight training, and running sprints. My goal is to inspire others to take their health seriously, and to show how small changes can lead to big results.
