6/6 CWOD

Beachbody’s Slim in 6…brief description: this is an hour long DVD with a combination of aerobic, strength, core, ab work and yoga.  Lots of squats, lunges, kicks, resistance bands, floor work (that literally makes my legs feel like there are on fire), push-ups, and crunches.  My heart rate is up almost the entire time.  LOVE IT!
