So week 3 of eating activity points and to sum it up, I zeroed out. Gained 1 the first week, lost 0.4 the next, then -0.6 this week. Soooo…I’m on to another 3 week experiment. I have a friend’s wedding coming up in 3 weeks in Portland where I will be in a swimsuit around the entire wedding party. Time for a jump start.
The next 3 weeks I’m going to be a lot more conscious of my food choices. Going to try to up my protein and lower my carbs. Also, I workout like a banchee and apparently it doesn’t seem to work, so I’m going to keep my workouts to 5 days/week and no more double workouts.
