Woke up at 4am to hit the gym bright and early for my cardio day since there would be no other time to get it in.
**20 minutes on the elliptical
**15 minutes on the climbing stairs
**15 minutes on the rowing machine
Great workout! Always feels good to get it done!
I came home and jotted down some meal ideas for the day……..this really helped me mentally know what was on the list that I could choose from and check off……and that this would help me stay on track while I went about my busy day.
post workout green protein smoothie – 2 pts+
bowl of oatmeal – 4 pts+
mid morning snack on the way to a meeting- 5pts+
lunch – tortilla pizza with 2 tsp olive oil for my healthy oils of the day- 8 pts+
*another nap day!
mid afternoon snack on the way to take our church youth to the Houston LDS Temple for the evening – 0 pts+
and grapes – 0 pts+
Soo pretty at night!
Sonic stop on the way home for dinner, to help stay awake for the drive, and cure a headache 😉 – jr burger, a vanilla cone and a Coke Zero with lime – 15 pts+
