Tuesday recap…started off the day with another beautiful walk up the hill. +8 activity points
It was freezing outside. I had to wear gloves and hat and could barely breathe, but the scenery makes it all worth it. I have to get as many walks up the hill in before it’s too late!! This is the view from the bottom of the last part of the hill. It’s the steepest part and always looks so daunting, but the view from the top makes it all worth it!
Came home and made a delicious breakfast that I have been craving for a long time!!
Breakfast: protein pancake and fruit 5
Lunch: turkey and cheese panini on sourdough w/another serving of those delicious chips of Cole’s! (forgot to take a pic) 18-yikes I know!
Cole had his first day of Taekwondo tonight…it was supposed to be a 50 minutes class, but it turned out to be and hour and a half. Good thing I brought a snack!
Snack: Balance Bar (my favorite flavor, mint cookie crunch!) 5
Got home late and needed to get Cole fed, bathed, and in bed. Didn’t eat until he was asleep!
Dinner: 1C of Trader Joe’s butternut squash soup, piece of toast, and an apple 5
Total points = 33
