April Weigh In – 141.2

I still love tracking my weigh ins on my phone with the TargetWeight App – I would have attached a screen shot pic but my top button on my iPhone is not working at the moment!
I was dreading weighing in this month because my weight has been fluctuating like crazy this month with 2 out of town trips, lack of sleep and just life’s craziness. I finally decided that this week I just needed to go and just own it. If I went 2 pounds over my goal weight then I would just have to suffer the consequences. Thankfully I just barely came in under my max of 142 lbs for this month. It was not a fun feeling being that close!!!
I felt like weight loss was the hardest and that it would be easy once I got to maintenance mode!!! I have to say it is easier in some ways and most definitely harder in other ways. It is just still proof to me that it is STILL a journey and it has to be a daily choice for a healthy lifestyle filled with healthy habits. The biggest and hardest thing for me still – is to try and not be too hard, expect too much, or put too much pressure on myself!!!
