So we decided that since August is one of the hottest months in Texas that we would do another 25 day challenge this month to create a healthy habit….this month we will be drinking the recommended 64oz of water daily!!!!

Another GREAT TIP: Get the 1st half (32oz) drank by 1pm and the 2nd half of it (32oz) down by 6pm and it will help with not having to get up all night long to go potty!!
So go get your August calendars printed off and hang it to remind yourself to drink that water and check it off everyday!!! (even if you don’t get all the recommended 64oz in….try to drink at least half, 32oz, and work up from there! Just drink what you can and keep adding more. You will see great changes and feel tons better as you drink more and more water.
Ok–so go dig out your favorite water bottle and get it ready!!!!
