Aunt Windy Receives Her Lifetime Weight Watchers Award!

We are soooo happy for Aunt Windy today! She received her Lifetime membership at our Weight Watchers meeting! We asked her to share some of her feelings from this whole experience…. losing 85 lbs!!!!!  Be sure to check out the video clip at the bottom and see her accept her award!

PS – Uncle Tim needs to be nominated for “Husband Of The Year” because he came to the meeting today to support her and cheer her on as she reached her goal! (that almost had me in tears)  😉

Hi everyone,

I was excited to receive my Lifetime Membership at my Weight Watchers Meeting today!  It has been a long journey spanning several years to finally reach this goal and it really feels GREAT!

I wish to thank everyone for all the support that has been given to me.  Between Weight Watchers, friends and family, I was finally able to attain my target weight.  What I have learned has changed my lifestyle and eating habits and has taught me to balance food, exercise and nutrition.  A healthy way of eating has now become more of a habit for me and I actually crave the good stuff (can you believe it?) and enjoy going outdoors and exercising.

My hope is that everyone will be able to strike this magical balance.  The lighter weight and smaller size are perks to weight loss but the real payoff is the incredible way you feel!

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
