I didn’t get to attend my WW mtg today because I had a schedule conflict… but I did stop by to weigh in. I decided last week that for a little while, I want to go back to weighing in once a week. It helps me to have the extra accountability. It helped me to know that I “had” to weigh in this week, especially after my Sunday eating fiasco! I lost 2 lbs this week. Back to 135.8 lbs.
