BBQ Chicken Pita Pizza

Ingredients: chicken breasts (enough for however many people you’re serving), BBQ sauce (any kind will work, I had Rudy’s in my fridgeand it was less sugar then the KC Masterpiece I also had), red or green onions, pita, colby/jack (you can pretty much use whatever kind of cheese you like or have), and peanuts (optional).
Put the chicken in the crockpot and cover with BBQ sauce and a little water. Cook on low for about 4-6 hours (this is optional too, depending on how much time you have, if you don’t have time to have it cook in the crockpot cook the chicken however you have time to), when the chicken is cooked, pull it out and shred it and put back in the crockpot and stir with all the juice, cook for another 20-30 minutes.
Top the pita or flatbread with about 1/4-1/2C of the chicken, sprinkle some cut up red onion or green onions for flavor, top with about an ounce of cheese and 8-10 halved peanuts.
Put in the oven an cook on 450degrees until the cheese it brown and bubbly.
About 6 Weight Watchers Points Plus without the peanuts.
