*This is for my awesome WW leader—I did your challenge and pre-tracked what I was gonna eat/cook today while CAMPING!! Aren’t you proud?! 😉 *
while waiting on breakfast to cook
ok—this was not planned but a temptation–daggum cookies are the devil to me!
note to self-don’t bring them camping or on trips–they are my weakness!

eggs with onions and bell peppers
deer sausage

Snack- 3pts
while watching the kids play in the lake

1/2 turkey sandwhich with lettuce & tomato
ultra thin tortilla chips & homemade salsa

took the little man out kayaking–was so fun, peaceful, and relaxing!
Also a great arm, shoulder and core workout!

we had grilled chicken kabobs with pinapple, bell peppers, onions, & tomatoes–I brought all the stuff for this precut & the chicken marinating in their own baggies where all we had to do was assmble them and throw them on the grill–super yummy!!
was sooo much better than a hot dog in my book!
tried some of a friends dutch oven jumbalya–soooo good!!

my dutch oven peach cobbler tradition while camping-
soooo yummy!!!

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
