turkey pepperoni pita with italian dressing
it was soooo good!
wayyyyy tooo long between meals!
was starving here.
dinner-had the smallest piece
snack at the movie ‘Green Lantern’
1/2 oz of almonds
I really wanted to steal my bro-in-laws popcorn!!
I could have lost all control at the movie theater cause I went a little hungry.
I love how just that small amount of almonds helps take that hunger pain away while getting some heatlhy fat in at the same time.

Simple & Fit spinach, mushroom, tomato omelet (with egg sub) with fruit.
now this is where I got to put our Thurs meeting info to the test of Guesstimating and Estimating.
With this dish I was guesstimating it to be about 4 points or so cause of the egg beaters and cheese.
We finally found it on Dotti’s app and are you ready for this……
it was 9 points!!!!
Still don’t understand how that dish is that much unless its mostly the cheese.
So I ended up only eating half of the eggs and all the veggies and fruit to keep it in the points I needed to not go over.
Also, It tasted so ‘fresh’ and I got to get more healthy protein in–
it felt good to eat this after that workout I had earlier today.
(my hubby’s harvest grain pancakes looked soooo good-but I didn’t even go there cause I knew I wouldn’t have been able to put the fork down)
