A much needed low key day at home today
protein pancake with fruit & syrup
YUM!  very filling!!!


dinner-was hungry for something light
mixed these 2 cereals together for 3/4 cup serving

dark chocolate treat
one of those days that I didn’t plan very well and why I love being able to look back on my picture food journal each day. 
Tonight I realize that I didn’t eat ANY veggies today.  I’ll be going through my fridge tomorrow and prep some veggies and have them ready and handy.
