Breakfast–eggs with 1/4c pinto beans, spinach, tomatoes and cilantro
Lunch–Chipotle chicken fajita salad with black beans, veggies, green salsa and 1/2 the guacamole
Mid afternoon snack-
mango (not pictured)
4 apple slices
Dinner–taco soup with 1/8c cheese, cilantro & fritos
Family Night treat (my ultimate weakness!!!!) while watching ‘Beverly Hills Chiuahua 2.5′ with the Fam.
Life Lesson I have Learned:
I have no control when there is junk food laying around my house!
So it is now all gone.
