green giant just for one cauliflower with cheese & broccoli with cheese sauce-1pt

snack to get myself revved up to do yard work:
*does doing yardwork and having to stop and go in the house every 5 mins to get after kids count as a High Intensity workout??  ;)) 

appetizer: 2 hard boiled eggs

thrown together dinner: 
chicken breasts & artisian lettuce with medium pico and a new dressing I tried for the first time–it was AWESOME!!  2TBSP is 3pts and it tastes like the local mexican resturants green sauce.
