WEEK IN REVIEW:
This was the craziest, most stressful week while doing WW so far! LOTS of different things and stress going on beyond my control which made it even more frustrating.
The only consistent thing I did was still take pictures of what I ate with my dietSnaps app despite the craziness. I was also not in the mood for cooking (not like me at all) and my house has been a disaster area for 2 weeks now. I know when I can take a whole day and get my house in order…..the rest of my life will somewhat fall back into order and I will feel better.
So that is my goal this next week: get my house (and thoughts) back in order and really focus on staying within my daily points allowance.
