*I am bummed cause I wasn’t able to make my meeting this morning. Just didn’t have it in me to drag my 3 little ones to that meeting and weigh in. Will go Saturday morning.

dessert:
one of my kids leftover McD ice cream that was in the freezer
I added some hot fudge again.
