37 mins on AMT
I actually drug my 3 little ones to the gym tonight while my oldest was at church.
My plan was to do 40 mins on the AMT and then switch over to the treadmill for 20 mins of running….well as you can see I only got 37 mins in when the kids club gal came to get me and tell me my sweet little boy needed a diaper change. <sigh>
few bites of turkey chili with spaghetti sqaush and WW shredded cheese
(wasn’t feeling it tonight–was really just craving a protein shake)
so that’s what I did instead.
