For some reason this week so far feels really ‘off’ for me…..can’t seem to keep my points at my daily 29 like i have been able to do the last month and I’m realllly hungry every day about an hour after each meal. Lots of extra stress this week so I know that is a huge part. Just gonna try to steady the course, keep tracking (major bonus I’m still doing that!!) and just push hard to get thru the rest of the week. 😉
