Didn’t sleep all that great at the hospital cause the nurses had to keep coming in and doing their job. 
Wish I could have borrowed some of Mel’s ambien!!!

 breakfast while Mel was starting some therapy

too long between meals cause I stayed at the hosptial longer than planned to see Mel do some therapy & so it was really lunch time when I got to the car–this is what happened when this was the 1st thing I saw cause I was starving!!! (should have pulled into that Subway down the street instead!)

in the car allllll afternoon–took the kids to spend the night with their cousins at my Granny’s

Weekly Points Recap:
*Did not track daily points as usual due to being at girls camp all last week and in recovery mode this week–and it felt really weird and out of control. 
*I did track everything I ate by taking pics with my fav app dietSnaps despite the craziness and being out of town so an accomplishment in my book for this week. (I could have given up all together but I didn’t)  
My goals for this week:
Get back to tracking every point.
Daily consistent workouts. 
Drink my daily water for the August challenge.
 Get 8+ hours of sleep each night!!
