so cute! had to tap and pop the balloons off the page.
I am so excited to finally have hit my WW goal after all the ups and downs I’ve had over the last 4 months.
I think I have finally figured out that only using my daily points and activity points I earn each day (and not touching my 49 WPA) seems to be working for me to see and feel consistent results.
The biggest lessons I have learned so far in my journey is:
-TRACK everything you eat!!!
(dietSNAPS has been my most awesome/fav tracking tool)
-Have a support/buddy system!!
(I would have quit long time ago on my own.)
-You have to make healthier food choices.
(I now crave fruits and veggies instead of sugar!)
-Allow yourself to have the things you love as long as you plan for it.
(Cookies and chips & salsa are still like cryptonite to me-
but I am in control when I plan when I eat them.)
-You HAVE to put YOU first.
(I have 4 kids and a military husband–
its not easy but it makes all the difference in your world!)
-My motto the last 4 months has been:
JUST KEEP ON KEEPING ON!
Don’t let one overindulgence or bad meal throw you off track.
Own it, account for it, learn the triggers, and move on.
That is life and always will be.
Our lives will be what we make of it.
and I want to have a life full of health and vitality!!
I am excited to set new goals and see what this new phase of life will bring.
