Well, it is a Monday.
this bar brought back a TON of memories! I used to eat these all the time when I was training for our full marathon back in 2007. I love them cause they really hit the spot for hard workouts!
And also one of my fav people, Jeff Galloway, recommends them. 😉
Was 15 mins late due to issues with a couple of my children and so I stayed after class and did another 20 mins of riding.

glad I ate other half of powerbar on the way home from gym cause I was starving!! It took the edge off so I wouldn’t grab the first sugary thing when I walked in my kitchen.
*started getting the snacky urge…..so I know I should have taken a power nap before the girls started getting home.
