post-workout: protein with 1/2 coconut milk/water- 4pts+

made my kids these biscuit donuts plan was to make them after my protein pancake was cooking but kids were awake and hungry so I fixed them before…..big mistake…..I ate the donut holes. 6pts+?

(how do you like my little man saying he wanted to ‘hold’ my plate for me while I take the picture?! haha)

breakfast: so then I could only eat 1/2 my protein pancake …..lesson learned.  3pts+

dinner at Chipotle: tried to redeem myself by getting my veggies in for dinner and salvage some of my poor choices today with this awesome salad bowl.  Lettuce, fajita peppers & onions, barbacoa, tomatillo salsa & mild salsa.  6pts+

I’ve seen these VitaTops on Hungry Girl and Roni’s website and have been wanting to see what the craze is about. I finally came across them at our Walmart the other day. I really like them for a satisflying-but-not-too-sweet treat for only 3pts+

love these brownies too!!  reminds me of a Little Debbie fudge round. 😉 only 2pts+

having these cool snacks handy around my house are not always a good thing!!! I want to eat them TOO often!

*a little* too snacky today. I realize now that I am exhausted and have been snacking today to keep me ‘busy’.

36 year old military wife of 18 years and stay at home mom to 4 incredible kids (3 girls ages 17, 11, 11 and our son is 6). After my 4th, and final baby, I decided I wanted to be more active, healthier, happier, and to be an example to my kids.
