Dinner: Baked Rotini casserole & salad
I threw together this casserole for something different than spaghetti……browned ground turkey and added spaghetti sauce, cooked rotini noodles (thanks Cyndi!! 😉 ) till al dente and then threw it all in a casserole dish with mozeralla cheese and baked for about 30 minutes or so.
My salad was just 50/50 mix lettuce (my fav right now!), almond accents, and Pioneer Woman’s marinade/dressing from her marinated tomato salad recipe. Sooooo good!! My new fav dressing!
My little baker and I did an experiment– we made mini cinnamon rolls out of crescent roll dough.
we didn’t glaze them– we just ate them like they were.
They were soo cute and fun and of course sooo good!!!
Reminds me of the Cinnamon Twirls that my mom always used to buy. YUM!
