Like Lexy said in her post, we tried a new ‘Cardio Mix’ class at the gym and I swear we forgot our legwarmers!!!! hahaha! It felt like a combo of Jazzercise, Reebok Step video (which I used to do and STILL have the VHS and step!! haha), and any other 80’s workout you can think of mix with few modern moves. It was hilarious!!! Very different than our other classes where you can find yourself phoning in the workout cause it was so different and didn’t ‘feel’ like a hard workout compared to what we’ve been doing….but after a few minutes I realized that it was up to me to push myself to sweat and get my heartrate up to make it a good workout no matter what we were doing. 😉

I found this new little find at the grocery store!! I used to be a HUGE Dr Pepper fan but when I quit drinking calories years ago Diet Dr Pepper just didn’t do it for me….. so I haven’t really had one in a longggg time.
Now Dr Pepper Ten is like a Coke Zero equivilant and it tastes like the real thing!!!
