Feels like I’ve been gone forever from the meetings!!!!!!
I definitely felt the difference not making it to a meeting last week.
I HATE that feeling!
Got my first Bravo star as a Lifetime member for weighing in the
month of August under my goal weight!
breakfast ZonePerfect bar at my meeting
my twin girls had a chiropractor apt….
the girls begged for a snack and the only thing I had they would like was a ZonePerfect bar–they shared it and LOVED it!!!
Cinnamon almond snack while the girls got adjustments and I got to check out the new issue WW magazine……lots of GREAT articles in there so far!
Whataburger hamburger kids meal with a Coke Zero
(I love you Whataburger for carrying Coke ZERO!!! 😉
they forgot to give us our ‘dessert’ in our kids meals so I drove back there to get them
we will just call this week ‘shark’ week if you know what I mean.
I WANTED my cookie daggumit!!!
shoe shopping for school at Payless!!
this is just proof at how completely different my twin girls are!!!!
can you pick which one we might have ‘issues’ with one day?!?!
After shopping we stopped by our local library and finally got library cards!!!!!
(note: that would have come in handy at the START of summer!!!!)
I love the sign above us:
Keep Calm~Read On
the original one I believe says:
Keep Calm~Carry On–
goes perfect with my motto!!!
Keep On Keeping On 😉
banana with yummy Peter Pan honey roast crunch–
thanks to my in-laws for leaving it at my house….it is soo good!
little man decided to get a stool and help ‘wash’ the dishes while I was making dinner.
too cute!!
{we teach ’em early around here!! 😉 }
homemade chicken & cottage cheese enchiladas
one pan with red sauce and the other with green sauce
they were both SUPER good!!

About Carman

36 year old military wife of 18 years and stay at home mom to 4 incredible kids (3 girls ages 17, 11, 11 and our son is 6). After my 4th, and final baby, I decided I wanted to be more active, healthier, happier, and to be an example to my kids. I joined Weight Watchers and started using the Points Plus program to learn portion control, moderation, and develop healthier habits. I also used the dietSNAPS app to track my meals and it was such a life changer for me to literally *see* what I was putting in my body! Cyndi, Lexy and I created this blog to be accountability partners and that has been a huge key to this journey! I love to cook and I love converting my favorite recipes into a healthier version for my family to enjoy! I love the after effects of exercising :) I love challenging myself to fitness goals to change things up and in doing so I have run numerous 5K/10K's, several half marathons, one full 26.2 marathon, and a Tough Mudder. I love circuit training, weight training, and running sprints. My goal is to inspire others to take their health seriously, and to show how small changes can lead to big results.
