Chillaxin in Kansas

Got an awesome nights sleep and was so happy to wake up to NO ice outside!!! 😉 I am definitely a Texas girl when I say it was FUN to be in the snow but I am soooooo glad I don’t live in it.

2 tsp pb (had no bananas) – 2

*Went on a 45 minute walk with Lexy and Kamie – it was so nice, sunny and brisk outside!!

came back and Dave was making his famous ‘Fried’ pancakes!! I had one – 3 ?  YUMMY!

then I made Kamie and I up some protein waffles with my favorite cinnamon Cool Whip – 6

had some cinnamon apples on the way to the grocery store – 0

 

a few pickles when we got home from the store – 0

a blast from my past!!!!! My mom used to buy these all the time!!!  I had half a serving  for old times sakes 😉 – 2

 

a new FAVORITE flavor!!!!  Chocolate Mint Zonebar on the way to the movie theater – 5

6 years ago I was taller than this ‘little’ guy when we all lived in WA…….now he’s a WHOLE head taller than me!!!!!!!  CrAzY!!! 😉

 

Great movie!!!!

shared popcorn and a Coke Zero with my hubby at the movies – first time I’ve had movie theater popcorn in a LONG time!  I ate till I was satisfied.  Also had 5 dove dark chocolates and 3 mini butterfingers.

 

We had dinner after the movie at Chipotle – I’ve been craving it since there wasn’t one anywhere near Estes Park!! I had the salad bowl with chicken, peppers & onions, pico, tomatillo salsa, and guacamole on the side – 7

had frozen yogurt for dessert – another thing I’ve missed!!! 😉 I had chocolate trifecta with strawberries, some toffee bits, chocolate syrup, and 2 iced animal cookies – YUMM!!!! – 5

the cousins are having a blast playing together!!! 😉

36 year old military wife of 18 years and stay at home mom to 4 incredible kids (3 girls ages 17, 11, 11 and our son is 6). I love circuit training, weight training, and running sprints. My goal is to inspire others to take their health seriously, and to show how small changes can lead to big results.

    Y’all were missed again this week! Hoping to hear from y’all next Thursday at our meeting…..Remember to come early, cuz everyone comes out of the woodwork to join that first week in January! Glad y’all had a GREAT time over the Christmas break!
