Here I am 4 pounds skinnier!!! One week ago today I started my 90-Day Challenge and I’ve done pretty good so far (at least in the food department). It really started off with a bang cause I was fortunate enough to do a workshop on “Making Achievable Goals”. This forced me to re-evaluate my personal goals, both long term and short term. My first short term goal is to lose 10 pounds by June 28. I’ve eaten really good all week and started incorporating the ViSalus protein shakes in the mix. Boy, they are so good!
I look forward to having a nice, icy-cold shake twice a day. But, I’ve been slow getting back to the gym. I went once and that’s it!!! Seems like something comes up every day to derail me. I understand that some type of regular work-outs are part of my goals, so I intend to whip myself back into my routine today! I’m going to have to have the mindset that I cannot allow myself to get involved with ANYTHING else (short of an emergency) until I get my workout done in the morning! Anyone got any great ideas to help me with this obstacle???
