So, now that I’m back in control of myself (I’m not sure who or what had me before) I went to my gym and walked on the treadmill for 20 whole minutes and burned 96 calories!! I figure I better start out again really slow. I also picked up a schedule for CLASSES!! I will consult with the powers that be and decide on which one, zumba, boot camp, aqua (my personal favorite) or zumba aqua. When asked about classes, the little girl at the counter said, “we don’t have classes specific for seniors!” I’ll show her!
