When you take in more calories than you burn through exercise, the scale will not go down. Obviously, I know this to be true. I made some excellent Italian soup this week, chock full of healthy veggies – an cheese filled tortellini’s – too many calories I guess!!
I even got to use my new WW soup spoon birthday present! Also, had other obligations that caused my exercise routine to get rerouted. But, It’s a new week and more lessons learned. I have plenty of social opportunities this month to shoot myself in the foot with inappropriate food. I’m going to do my best to eat healthy and not give in to too many temptations. We’re all on a downhill slide into the holidays already, so I’m planning to arm myself with lots of other healthy options, while others “indulge”. Wish me luck! -Claretta
