Just remembered this little ‘trick’ today……
when you have the munchies (like I have lately), feeling hungry but it’s not quite time to eat again (like I have lately!) then grab some Extra sugar-free gum (or I also like the Eclipse gum- Polar ice flavor–talk about clear your sinus’s!!) and chew on that for a while instead of reaching for an unhealthy snack or too much fruit. Also, drink a glass of ice water and you have now curbed your cravings, munchies, & snackies off for a little while being able to keep in control of your calories and Points+!!Happy chewin’!
