Cole and I had a day of swimming (thank heavens for water-proof casts!) and errands…he came with me to turn in my passport application, it was exhilarating!

Met daddy at the gym and had a killer workout…incline HIT cardio w/a weight routine
Pre-workout: 5
PS…I was so excited today because I found my balance bars on sale for 50% off at HEB, I am a little scared though because it said clearance, hoping they don’t stop carrying them…I bought 4 boxes!
Post-workout: green smoothie w/protein
Dinner: at my fav Greek place…chicken gyro- pita, chicken, hummus, veggies
(another PS I did not eat all that hummus, in case you were wondering!)
Bachelorette night…Lauren and I are catching up on the last 2 episodes!!
Snack: apple and 1TBS red-fat PB, 1 TBS new Skippy all natural peanut butter w/honey (soooo good)
