Pre-workout:  multi-grain waffle w/RF PB

another hardcore lifting workout
Post-workout: only had 1/3 a scoop of my protein so I mixed it with a chocolate milk
Lunch: only had 1/2 the cottage cheese that I needed, but that didn’t stop me mini protein pancake w/green smoothie
Snack: 5
Dinner: Cole’s leftover quesadilla and my Chipotle leftovers
Let the madness begin…I’m in a Bunco group with some ladies and tonight it was at my house.  So I spent most of the day running around getting things done.  Also tried saving a majority of some points because Bunco night in Mormon world = eating night (as opposed to drinking night).  So let the snacking begin:
I was actually amazed at how many points I ate tonight, because this ain’t nothing compared to what I used to consume on a normal Bunco night!!!!
To help myself, I made this big bowl of fruit
had about 18 sweet potato chips w/1TBS hummus
2 starburst, 1 hershey’s nugget, and 2 peach rings
Made the mistake of taking a bite of one of these no bake cookies, they were so good I had to finish it!
