Total points: 30

Breakfast: wheat toast w/RF PB
Headache at church, insert 3 Excedrin here…probably not a good idea that I took them on an empty stomach, came home and felt like so sick
Lunch: naan, hummus, 1/2 chicken burger, spinach, 1TBS feta, sprinkle of parm, baked
topped with tomato (and probably would have put avocado, but was too lazy)
Snack: Yoplait greek yogurt w/2 cashew clusters (I found out I hate yoplait greek yogurt, mental note)
Dinner: was supposed to make the WW crockpot lasagna recipe except I was going to tweek it a little, but my ground turkey was not good…so that went down the disposal, then I was going to make verde chicken in the crockpot, but forgot my bottle of verde salsa I bought last week busted in the bag on the way home, then I was going to make the red sauce crockpot chicken w/Carman salsa, but didn’t have enough and at this point was too lazy (this happens every time Keller leaves, plus Cole wanted chicken noodle soup so why slave in the kitchen when the kid wants a can of soup and I didn’t really care what I ate), so I went with a classic…protein pancakes, needed to have a higher point dinner so I figured I’d eat 2…and I bought FF cottage cheese so they were lower in points than my usual PP’s
2 protein pancakes w/agave and a green smoothie
Snack: 2 WW oatmeal cookies

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
