Day before the race…woke up today nervous and still feeling like crap! We made some breakfast and then packed up to drive out to the Hyatt Lost Pines resort where the marathon took place. What a gorgeous place. We checked in and headed to the restaurant to have lunch, sat out on the patio and enjoyed a delicious and healthy lunch. Then we walked around, played some horseshoes, and hung out the rest of the day at the pool. It was a nice way to relax before the big day.

Breakfast: egg, egg whites, veggies, turkey, and sourdough toast w/butter and jam, and 1C of OJ 11 pts

Lunch: spinach tortilla, chicken, spinach, sprinkle of cheese, verde salsa (didn’t eat beans and rice) 7pts

Treat: 1pt

Dinner: bread and spinach dip 4pts, 3 grilled shrimp tacos 6pts
