Woke up at the butt crack of dawn (well for me) 6:30 and couldn’t go back to sleep
Pre-workout: wheat toast w/PB
Lunch: Cole and I shared a chicken gyro
Dinner: leftover taco soup w/avocado and a green smoothie
and 8 chips w/salsa
Snack: before work needed something to pep me up, love love love this greek yogurt…HOWEVER…it is NOT good for you, well it just has a lot of sugar!! But it’s soooo freaking good, so if you have the points, I recommend it. It’s like a fruit dip except better!
7 (for yogurt) plus 2 (for 1/2 bar)
Snack: thought I was done for the night, but I was starving after work so here’s to another 2 points!
