I can barely walk…no seriously everything hurts, like everything, I feel like I literally got run over by a truck.

Breakfast: bagel with 2TB light cream cheese and a banana (not shown) 10.5pts

Snack: half balance bar 2.5 pts

Lunch: green smoothie and a turkey/avocado roll-up 3pts

Dinner: chicken and veggie stir-fry with 1/2C white rice 6pts

Dessert: 2 more pieces of cinnapie and an apple 8pts
