Breakfast: 1/2 protein shake and 1/2C oatmeal 6pts

Post-workout: 1/2 muscle milk light, wheat toast w/1TBS NPB 7pts

Lunch: turkey, hummus, avocado roll-up w/carrots (2 clementines not pictured) 5pts

Dinner: 3oz flank steak, 1/2C pasta w/butter and parm, strawberry salad 8pts

Snack: apple and bite of Keller’s cookie 1pt

Snack: 1pt
