Breakfast: French toast (wheat bread, 1 egg, cooked in Pam) with 1/8C lite syrup and fruit with 2TBS of greek yogurt 6pts
Lunch: at a playgroup Easter party, snacked on carrots, fruit, had one of the roll-ups shown here, a bite of the sandwich which was gross and a cookie 7pts
Snack: green smoothie w/almonds 3pts
Dinner: greek restaurant chicken gyro, pita, chicken, hummus, veggies 8pts
Snack: 1/2C SBC and an apple an hour later 5pts
