30th birthday!!
Went to workout, trainer got in a car accident and then had an emotional break down to me in the tanning bed room…awesome!

Breakfast: 1 doughnut from Round Rock doughtnuts and a banana 7pts

Snack: hadn’t had anything to eat since the doughnut at 10am and it was now 2:30p 2pts

Lunch: Moonie’s, 3/4 of a teriyaki chicken sandwich w/sweet potato fries and 4 sips of a shake 15pts

Dinner: shared a proscuitto and fig pizza (cracker thin crust, no sauce, tiny amount of cheese and I only had 2 slices), a salad, and had 1 piece of baguette bread with butter in the movie theater (it was dark so didn’t take pics)

Snack: 2 rolos, 4? pieces of licorice (in movie no pic) 5pts

Snack: this was my birthday cake…it was gross, we threw it away and instead I ate 1/2C SBC 5pts
