Totally stressed and tired eating today!
Worked out with David…kicked my big you know what!

Breakfast: left over half waffle w/butter and syrup and fruit 6pts

Lunch: Cheesecake Factory…one piece of brown bread w/butter, 4 of Cole’s french fries, 3 fish tacos (freaking delicious!), 2 bites of Keller’s pulled pork sandwich, 2 bites of Cole’s cheeseburger 18pts?

Snack: nuts and licorice while cooking dinner oh and then Keller’s pulls out the ice cream so 2 bites of that (we were stress eating) 10pts

Dinner: 3 oz. chicken, strawberry spinach salad, piece of wheat bread (not pictured) 10pts

Dessert:cupcake w/Lexy (I didn’t take a pic so look at hers) and then this…10pts

And then…a mini milky way, some and a couple pieces of licorice…2pts
