Worked out with David, can’t reach my arms over my head!

Pre-workout: banana (while taking a picture of this in the car on the way to take Cole to school, Cole says, “smile banana”

Breakfast: protein shake and 1/4C SC oatmeal

Lunch: chicken and goat cheese on wheat bread with a green smoothie

Snack: was going to have half of this protein bar, but it was disgusting, so instead had some nuts 3pts

Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl, did not eat all the rice and beans, added some guac, 2 chips

Dessert: 1/2C froyo 3pts
