Ran 45 minutes…first real run since the half marathon, had trouble breathing, not sure if it was the caffeine or what?? But I pushed through.

Pre-run: 3.5pts (half of the bar)

Breakfast: 1 egg, 3 whites, steel-cut oatmeal 9pts

Lunch: La Brea wheat bread, 2oz chicken, goat cheese, carrots, couple grapes 6pts

Dinner: chicken pita gyro and greek salad 10pts

Snack: 1

Snack: fruit and 1/4C greek yogurt 2pts
